These terms govern your use of Claudacity, a macOS menu bar application. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app

Claudacity is a macOS menu bar app that monitors your Claude AI usage. It requires an active Claude Code installation. Claudacity is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

License

Claudacity is a one-time purchase. Your license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your own machines. A free trial is included — the app is fully functional during the trial period.

Purchases and refunds

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. If you're unhappy with your purchase, contact us at hello@claudacity.app within 14 days and we'll issue a refund.

Your credentials

Claudacity uses your existing Claude Code credentials to check your usage. These credentials stay on your machine — we never transmit, store, or have access to them.

No warranty

Claudacity is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it working, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of usage data, or compatibility with future changes to Anthropic's API or macOS.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claudacity and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to rate limiting, credential issues, or data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
